The Integrated Resource Planning Office was established in July 2007 to support the implementation of the University's Integrated Resource Planning framework. The role of the Office is to provide the tools, training and support required to help ensure the effective alignment of priorities and resources at the University.
The goal of Integrated Resource Planning is:
- To produce a demonstrable alignment of University resources with strategic and academic priorities; and
- To put in place the administrative structures, processes, tools, operational plans and accountability measures necessary to accomplish this.
